A HOLISTIC WELLNESS JOURNEY

Are you Struggling With Gut Issues?

Tired All The Time?

Feeling Stressed & Burnt Out?

At Body Talks, your health and wellbeing are approached with care, curiosity, and respect. I am a qualified Nutritionist, Health & Wellbeing Coach, with a unique background in Interior Design. I have a genuine passion for supporting both children and adults to feel and live better, shaped by my own complex health challenges from childhood.

To add value to my personal experience in healing, my combined skill set allows me to understand how living environments, lifestyle, nutrition, and stress influence emotional, physical, and mental health. My aim is to bridge the gap between conventional medicine and alternative medicine, giving people a sense of autonomy over their health while appreciating that both health approaches have important functions.

In my experience, true healing begins when we look beyond symptoms and take the time to understand the root causes of imbalance. The body is constantly communicating with us through our skin, hormones, energy levels, digestion, immune responses, sleep, mood, and thoughts. There is deep truth in the phrase “the body keeps the score.”

Often, there is more than one contributing factor, creating the need for a holistic and personalised approach in your personal health. Life is busy for most people so I created a less demanding but effective guide to good health. This approach supports my clients with empathy, clarity, and practical guideance.

If you feel curious or enthusiastic about becoming the best version of yourself, I welcome you to take your first step and book a consultation with me or health plan below.

WHY YOU MAY NEED SUPPLEMENTS SHORT TERM

Food is always the foundation of good health. However, during certain stages of life or periods with increased stress on the body, nutrition from food alone may not be enough to meet your individual needs.

Supplements should only be recommended in cases of;

• Increased nutritional demands during times of physical or emotional stress, illness, recovery, or healing
• Pregnancy or pre-conception, where nutrient requirements are higher
• Perimenopause and menopause, when hormonal changes can increase nutritional needs
• Digestive or absorption challenges, including IBS, coeliac disease, low stomach acid, gut dysbiosis, or amino acid deficiencies
• Medication use, such as antacids, oral contraceptives, metformin, or antibiotics, which may reduce nutrient absorption
• Restrictive diets or food allergies, where certain nutrients may be difficult to obtain from food alone
• Environmental stressors, including pollution, toxins, and oxidative stress, which can increase the body’s demand for protective nutrients such as vitamins C and E

All recommendations are personalised, evidence-informed, and food-first, with supplements used only as supportive tools, never as a replacement for balanced nutrition or medical care.
