IDENTIFYING ROOT CAUSES

Included in your first consultation is an at home test that will give me instant valuable insight into yout gut stability.

​

If chosen by the client, additional functional testing can be discussed to assess areas such as current, nutrient status (including minerals and amino acids), and other relevant markers.

 

However, I do not feel it is necessary in the case of a recent blood test (3 months prior. Testing is completely up to the client and the symptoms they present.

4 WEEK GUT RESTORE PLAN

The 4-Week Gut Restore Plan is a structured, supportive programme designed to gently rebalance digestion.

 

Using targeted nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and practical guidance, this plan focuses on restoring gut function in a way that feels sustainable not restrictive.
 

The goal is not a quick fix, but a gradual reset that supports long-term digestive comfort, improved energy, and greater resilience.

12 WEEK WEIGHT MANAGEMENT PLAN

This plan blends structure with flexibility, accountability with encouragement, and education with empowerment, giving you the tools to achieve your goals and sustain them long after the 12 weeks.

High cortisol levels are closely linked to fat storage and certain exercises can derail your good eating habits by increasing your cortisol levels .

 

Receive guidance on a Nutrition, fitness and stress management plan to help achieve weight goals.

A fun fact is that my healing journey began through the tears and sweat of redesigning my own home. I had very little finances to decorate, the house was freezing and the layout and colours were draining my energy. This lit a fire in me to come up with solutions.
 

Unable to hire a painter, a carpenter or a decorator, I decided to get my hands dirty.  This was the beginning of a very passionate love affair with Interior Design.  I built my own sofa with the left overs of a fire place crate; I learned how to panel my walls losing a few nails along the way; And I prepped and painted every wall learning way more about paint finishes through trials and errors than any course could teach me.

 

The joy I got from the creativity and physical graft of it all encouraged me to study it professionally. It was then the seeds were planted for my new chapter in good health. The connection was undeniable and I found myself feeling more healed than ever. But, I still had a long way to go physically before I embraced the benefits of nutrition, lifestyle and mindset.
